How do I hit "Attach File"

I cant find it, once I know that, Breakable trucks will be available

All you do is hit Choose File and then once it is done uploading there is a black button right next to it that says "Attach File"

Well I found it but this is what I get and at the top it say error, make sure to hit Attatch File before submiting
