Xbox Controller Issue

I have been using an Xbox controller for RoR since around February of last year, my Xbox controller constantly disconnects when I am not unpluging it, like i will be in the middle of playing and it will stop working as if it is unpluged, do i just have to get a new one?

Sometimes happens to me too. I just pray and hope it doesn't disconnect in the middle of a freestyle or race, haha.

Happened to me, thing was that it would crash my computer. Turns out that the wire started to shred. I would just get a new one since they aren't expensive.

mine does it, it happened in round 2 of AME3, but if it disconnects and reconects to quickly it will crash my comp also
