Spawning several trucks

Ok guys, so I know how to remove a truck but after that I have to restart RoR to get a new one. Any help how can I spawn a truck without exiting the game? Also, I would like this to work as I always like to throw a little pit party before I start jamming. Any help?

The only way to do this in 37, is that the track has a truck spawner. In 38 thought there is an option to to it at the top-left corner.

Yeah, I had 38 and I was able to do that. Irony is I switched to 37 so that I could use V4 pack. Only half trucks are available to me and I don't know if the tracks have a truck spawner or how to find it.

Then, you run it, and it loads all the terrains in the "terrains" folder.

 

You choose the terrain you want to edit, and then go to objects.

 

Scroll all the way to the bottom, and I believe it's TruckShop...You right click that and tell it to add to the terrain. Then, you just save the terrain, clear/regen cache in the configurator, and it should be there.

 

That's the steps I use because I add a spawner to every track I download because I hate having to close the game out then reload it just to get another truck.

I must be doing something wrong, or i am missing something. After I add the truck shop to the track and save it in its propper zip, nothing really changes

Are you resaving the .terrn file as the original one out of the zip? And then repacking the zip file?

 

I usually just unzip all my tracks into their own folder in the terrains folder.

That actually did it. It worked. Only issue now is that when I chose a new truck the transmission is inverted. Gears 1 and 2 are actually reverse and reverse is forward, but speed was kept the same, which means I can accelerate and achieve great speed in reverse.

Close the game out, clear/regen in the ROR Configurator and that should fix it. Every now and then that happens to me as well.
