Help?

Heey everyone!

A friend of me got a BIG problem!

Since a day of 8 all he's addons trucks are gone, and everytime he wanna choose a normal V4 truck he's game crashes, it doesn't matter which truck he chooses or on which track he is!

I hope someone know how to fix it, and if it possible to fix it!
