what folder do I download the truck an tracks parts to get them to load in blender?

What? The files are made for Blender. Just double click the file and Blender should open up.

do you do that for every zip?, an if I double click it opens up multiple blender pages

No. I usual organize my .blend files by what they are. Like a folder for truck props, another for chassis, track items etc.

ok, an how do you get all the pieces in to one screen on blender to start building?

SHIFT+F1 and then select a chassis(As example the Meents Max-D) go to the folder it's located(Sow here you have put it after the download) and then go to the MaximumDestruction(Meents&Elliott).blend and select that .Blend file then you will get a screen like you see on the picture

Then select Object.

Then Select Tube.003 and that's how you get several things in one screen!
