Check out the League Directory for a full list of Sim Monsters sanctioned leagues. You can read the rule books to each league and sign up in the sign up threads. Some might currently be in the off season, but leagues like MRoR are in the middle of the season, and SMRA is going to start in the coming weeks. You can sign up for both in their respected sub forums.
