Very Annoying problem

Problem is, I only drive it once and then I can't drive it anymore after the first time until I reinstall ROR entirely. Even the crash message is different

 

 

 

Help. I really need this fixed before tournaments I entered in start. I plan on entering with the truck and well, need I explain more on why this is sorta a top-priority issue?

The error tells us nothing about the issue, it may be an error with ror and the truck, or something else. I have no idea
