HELP, Reinstalled V4 with Files and Can't Get It To Work

Just re-did my V4 pack with a bunch of new trucks. Redownladed V4 and put all the trucks into the folder and now this error comes up whenever I spawn in a truck. Any ideas? I've tried removing and putting that file back into the folder but does not help.

Tried, I'm going to install each truck and then test it to see what the problem is
