About 2 weeks ago my hard drive got toasted and my whole computer started from scratch. I got some of the things I needed back already but ROR .38, .4.0.5 are not working. I have been trying to fix this error but can't figure it out. I have been making progress and it could be a windows 10 thing or something. I need help and want to have this fixed in time for the SMRA season because I want to really be apart of these leagues. Here is the error I get. Please help.
