It would be cool of you could make it shoot smoke out

even if you didn't make it shoot ''smoke'' you could just put a hydro pump in the front right in the black parts of the nose and make it look like it was shooting smoke

the reason I say this is because I have no idea how to mod or add anything to another truck

I believe that there's a way to make a truck shoot smoke. Go to the Rigs of Rods Repository and check out the T-600 Turbo Jet Truck. And this truck is fun to drive.
