will you convert more tracks in the future for 0.4.5.1?

how do u covert tracks to 0.4? I'm confused. I follow the instructions and I just don't get it.

I do like this track, but when I download it, there is little to no paint on the track, so it is very hard to actually do a freestyle without knowing where each ramp is.
