Not at all, vehicles are an entirely different being from a terrain. These two things are not linked at all.

That post gives you an Idea of how mud works in a game.

The closest thing I have gotten to making ruts/tracks in the terrain was using 2 meshes, one having a standard texture the other having a damage map so when it came in contact in the area it produced a new type of look.

Is the cpu fan aftermarket?

Reason I ask sounds like you have a bad fan, bearings may have went bad..bearings do wear over time and cheaper cpu fan ie(stock) are not intended to be run under load all the time (gaming) so they show signs of wear quicker. if thats not where the sound is coming from let me know. 

A bad cpu fan can also prevent the boot sequence. 

This is still 1 month out, I know alot of people are procrastinators, when you have a 3 month window most wont start right away and enter early, more people will start releasing closer to the actual date.

I had this game.. shoved a V10 in a Golf then slaughtered myself on the Nurburgring.

 

I never knew how to get the game to look that good though q.q

To make the game look better you need ENB settings that add ambient occlusion + sweetFX + force AA i haven't experimented too much with that yet

Had to fire the game up with all the talk, Who says mustangs have to be slow. Here is the 891 hp slowstang,made the engine bay transparent to show whats under the hood o.O

Yeah this is the same game, built a mustang and crammed a twin turbo viper motor in it, floored it and met a tree. thanks for reminding me.
