  1. TBH, the less side acts the better, I know sometimes MJ shows are short on the 2 hour side, but at least it's all monster trucks for the most part. The More Monster Jam Tour was fairly cool with the UTV/Quad Racing that seemed a little bit better.

I don't mean any offense to other promoters since they aren't a loaded company like Feld is, but watching 3 hours of arenacross and 45 minutes of monster trucks is ridiculous (aka CFP Pocatello). I know Vegas is the greatest show out there, but it's really great going to a show and seeing nothing but monster trucks, and the minimal downtime where there's just t-shirt cannons (I'm looking at you Travis).

  2. I hope madusa can finally make her triumph return so my bladder does not have to endure the strain it did this year

For the sake of you and I, hopefully her return doesn't last any longer than Nicole Johnson's freestyle..

  3. Not much anything new, looking to do it in June when I have more time without school. Thinking of doing it at Bajarama, so it would be a long short course (or consider it a "circuit race"). Custom & realistic trucks allowed. Still thinking what to do for event format. Probably a practice/qualifying, then heats, LCQ's, main, etc.

  4. I apologize for not posting any updates lately, however most of that is due to the fact I've been really busy with school/college going on Monday-Thursday Nights, in addition to working and sleeping I just haven't had any time to run this. However I am not ending the league, I'm just going to take a week or two break and try to start things up again instead of leaving people in the dark.

  5. Here's a short schedule I made/proposing... I figured each event would have 2 rounds like how TORC and Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series do...  these are all real tracks.

    Rounds 1 & 2 - Firebird International Raceway - Chandler, AZ

Rounds 3 & 4 - Chula Vista International Raceway - Chula Vista, CA

Rounds 5 & 6 - Bark River International Raceway - Bark River, MI

    Rounds 7 & 8 - Crandon International Off-Road Raceway - Crandon, WI (World Championship Off-Road Races)

    Rounds 9 & 10 - Primm Off Road Raceway - Primm, NV

    Rounds 11 & 12 - Antelope Valley Fairgrounds - Lancaster, CA

  6. Any day that isn't a weeknight (Mon-Thurs)

I was online on AIM, I just wasn't 100% sure if I would have been needed for tonight or not.

Yeah, I seen you were, there was 3-4 people online and I didn't feel like it was worth it, I dunno. I could try again next Sunday if people want.

All fill-ins are welcome to run if they post here or PM me on here they intend on running.

  7. I read the article, and I seem to recognize the name. Where from I don't know. Who is this guy?

Reading what he said about MTM (especially MTM2) got me all nostalgic.

I can agree, and disagree with a great many things he said. I especially disagree about how content supposedly gets previewed, then never released only to be horded. Or what he said about there not being a damage model and how it can provide weird quirks in saves, or rebounds.

This is not a perfect simulation, no. But it comes damn close. We could having nothing like this to play at all. Some of us could still be playing MTM2 with dated graphics and ancient "physics", if we could get it to work on these new OS' (I cannot). While MTM2 was great, magical fun, I know that for myself in the days of MTM2 dreamed of a game where we had realistic physics, the ability to do real donuts or rebound and slap wheelies. Heck, when I first started playing RoR, I was just blown away that we would control the front and rear steering independently (couldn't do that in MTM2).

This game is as close to the real deal that I think we can come for a long time to come.

Oggy, I'm sure you've probably raced with him in MTM2.

    CFMTS Schedule of Events:

    Time Schedule TBA

  9. I was just wondering if anyone was interested in running on Sunday Nights (pretty early, starting chat around 6-7 PM EST) for future events. I don't have time to run on Friday Nights anymore and I think some people don't either.

  10. Okay, I've been trying to get ROR to work right on my new laptop lately, for whatever reason, whenever I clear cache and regen once, around 50-60 tracks show up and all my trucks show up (V4 is in vehicles folder, however does the same if I put it in packs), if I regen again, all 259 terrains I have are able to show up, but none of my V4 pack trucks show up (however everything else I have downloaded or stock stuff seems to work). Then I've tried regening as many times as possible and it basically does this same thing every time.

    Any help/suggestions?
