I posted this in another thread on here that was basically the same issue. Just follow what my video says and if done correctly you'll get the sounds just like in the end of the video. Hope this helps.

This looks amazing! What graphics settings are you running/render system?

Looks like they went with shorter distance jumps to stop people from landing on the next jump, not sure what the jump at the end of the track is gonna be, might be a jammer but they already smoothed the jump out without puting the cars in which leaves me to believe it may be a small fountain jump. Anyways I expect it to be a great show none the less like it is every year just wish I was going.

Wish I was going again as well. My first one was WF 11 and although it was an amazing experience, I felt a little cheated because they went too big with the obstacles and all the trucks were breaking too early IMO. The greatest thing about that WF however is the fact that I witnessed first hand a monster truck jump higher than I've ever seen in my life when Charlie got that mind boggling air off of the backside of the center ramp. I think I stopped breathing for several minutes afterwards.

jdeezie can you show me how to put the onboard camera like that i have trouble doing that.

Yeah it's easy bud. Just go into the ".truck" file of the truck you want the camera changed on and find where it says "cinecam". There will be a bunch of numbers beneath it. Change the first 2 numbers to -0.5,2.5 and that will give you the camera exactly like mine. If you have any trouble just message me.

I'll tell you what I did. If you need a video afterwards I'll try and make one. All I did was go into the V3 zip pack, find the .wav files called GraveDiggerLow, GraveDiggerMed, GraveDiggerHigh, and GraveDiggerIdle, and delete them from the pack first. If you don't delete them it won't work. Then find the LongTubeLow, Med, and High, and rename them to the files you deleted, GraveDiggerLow, etc. That's how I did it and it worked just fine. But I would recommend copying the original files to separate folder in case you don't like how the LongTube.wav's sound, so that way you can just delete the files again and drop the originals back in. Hope this helps. Let me know.

Thanks for the info guys. Not long after I posted this I found the LongTube.wav's. I changed them over but after I got in game I just really didn't like how they sound. They sounded better on that guy's video to me. Oh well, guess I'll just stick with the Oggy sound files. Hopefully someone will release some that sound a little better. Thanks anyways.

I've searched all over for this but have found nothing useful. I have seen a few videos on YouTube of the V3 trucks using different, more realistic engine sounds. I know that they have modified the sounds, I was just curious if anyone knew where to get the better sounds from? The only ones I know of are the ones that come in the pack itself and Tweak and Oggy's sound pack. If anyone can help that would be cool. Here's a video of what I'm looking for.

Noob question here. I was just wondering if it was possible to change the height of the tv style camera in ROR? I've messed with the onboard camera and made adjustments there for one truck. Just wondering, if possible, which numbers correspond to the tv camera in the .truck files?

Hey everyone. My name is Justin. I'm fairly new to the Sim-Monsters forums. I've been a fan of monster trucks since I could walk and I just wanted to say that I really enjoy what you guys are doing for us fans of monster trucks. The main reason I got into ROR was so that I could drive a monster truck with "true to life" handling, and I'm so glad that you guys are making this sim even better all the time. I'm interested in joining the leagues and was just looking for a few pointers on what all I need to get started. Thanks for letting me be part of the forum and part of something that will hopefully only get bigger and bigger. Keep up the good work guys.

Just wondering how to go about joining the league and where to download all the tracks and trucks I've been seeing in the new videos on youtube. I have the first simmonsters pack and a couple others. Just wondering where the new truck pack was? Tried downloading v3 but it's not available.
