Motor is to large, air filter even larger..... You need to scale parts correctly.

Is this the old V4 body model? I have an updated Silverado model that fits the year you have if you're interested.
Also, I think Kickstarts taste like crap... Don't hate on me plz!
Pretty sure its actually the v3 body.

Liking that titan on the the GMG body. Very neat concept.
Goldberg also looks very good. Couple issues with how the letters blend back into the fender flairs but not a bad start at all.

solid request, totally forgot about this track. Would be cool to hammer that car pyramid.

Wolverine used a silverado body not a s-10. (just a fyi)

If I had a dollar for every time I chased an issue that was caused by something like that.... Just part of the process of making a truck, glad you got it worked out!

Try these two in place of these, obviously make sure you have both of the suggested files.
fern-shine.png BSBody-shine.png
fern-spec.png BSBody-spec.png
Also you might retry exporting it so that it doesnt have the name "material".

@Stephen Hopkins I copied and pasted your code and made shine/spec maps and all it does is make the spec map the primary texture. It doesn't add shine for me.
Did you correctly replace all the names? If you think you did maybe upload the material file and I can look and see if I see the issue.

I was using Blaise's rock-spec and rock-shine files in the code he gave me. I also tried using fern-spec and fern2-shine or however it is. Both ways gave no luck. I literally copied and pasted the code and only changed the texture name it was supposed to be applied to.
Maybe you didnt use all of it.Here is one of mine. I had a spec map for the truck thus why its called assassinbody-spec. Check yours with this and see if you're missing anything. Maybe post what you entered in the material file as well. I highlighted the objects you'd need to change.

Did you make a spec map?

MJ says something bigs coming to STL tonight. Claims "we've been requesting it for years". Some say full live stream, while others say Bigfoot. I say King Sling based on their photos recently
Would have required Dennis selling the naming rights which I doubt he would do. I imagine when dennis retires we might start see him mud race again, and very likely under that name.

Sexy.
(Might be old but I never saw it here)
Bad tires are still bad. Unless they beefed them up in other places I doubt a change to the outside of the edge will do much.

Why? It's going to sit in front of a store forever. Does Hendrick Motorsports give chassis ID's to specially-built showcar chassis?
Yes, but all show cars are just former race cars for them, thus why they have numbers. All top teams just use old cars that are about to be sold scrapped etc etc.

BKT, far and away the best tire ever made for monster trucks ever. Anyone who says otherwise likely thinks for themselves and has eyes!!!!!

that's the transfercase.
Well transfer cases are not white so..... Not sure what to think of the BKT tire edits where you can still clearly see where the white BKT logo was.
Word of the wise, do one project well rather than 100 projects poorly. You'll learn more from doing one the right way, fixing bugs, finding errors, than you will making 100 trucks learning nothing.

Explain....
The chassis you are using for that truck looks to be either a mild custom PEI or a Grave Digger 18 chassis.
If you are shooting for a 20th anniversary Grave Digger 14 you are using the wrong chassis model.

So this is going ok
Deeper/Darker purple?
Wrong chassis if its supposed to be a GD14 replica.
For the record the muddy BKT's look like absolute crap, they are not "okish", they are a dumpster fire.

Curious what you think is wrong with that photo.

Good point. Do the rules require lexan for the front cutout if a driver wears the visor down on the helmet?
Also seems like it would look better with a satin or matte clear coat.
Last I heard if no lexan(or a hole is cut into windshield) was used drivers must have eye protection via visor or goggles or something. Mx style helmets also now require using goggles full time. (but a normal helmet does not require a visor (figure that out))
-
I thought trucks had to have at least two "exits"? That body with only the windshield cutouts(which I assume will be filled with lexan) certainly doesn't have two. Havent seen the render so maybe they are cutting holes in the side later?

Because the default must be correct....... Are you that blind to the size of the objects? Not sure why anybody gives you any advice, you never take it and continue make sub par content. So by all means continue doing it your way.
