An xbox 360 controller has a plug for a headset, my question is will that headset work for PC?

I have a wired xbox 360 controller that I use for ROR and other games that work best with a controller. My question is will the xbox 360 headset work on a pc. I would realy like to use it for Left 4 Dead 2, Team Fortress 2, and Portal 2, alon with other fps games. Will the headset that plugs into a 360 controller work and also are there any drivers I would have to download?

Old school monster trucks and tracks

This is my own oppion it and it is that the older tracks sound like a good idea and are fun at first but some people have remaid old MTM2 tracks and the tracks just don't hold up compared to newer ones. As for the trucks I think that would be cool to see bear foot and carolina crusher. -

Freestyle looks ok, thankfully no backflip ramps. Racing, chicago style is fine but why not have the trucks turn right for change? -

Backfaces, are basically what they are called. The face, or solid part is one the back or inside of a jump which causes wheel grabs and other glitches.

Redid my blender track, since I replaced my hard drive. Now I need to learn how to export. Update: Thank You to who ever it was that resized the photo.

L4D2, ROR, Burnout Paradise, Crysis

I select the object and tab into edit mode, but when I hit U then unwrap nothing happens. Normally when I do that it brings up a second screen with the UV map. How can I fix this?

I know Criterion never officially released it for PC, but I was wondering if anybody had the vanity pack? The vanity pack is a fan made port of the console version for the PC. I've tried to download it from some sites but it always fails If anybody know how to dowload and install it please relpy and thank you in advance.

Criterion made it so it is great, you may reconize Criterion for the burnout series. Dam EA for shutting that down and forcing them to work on need for speed titles, but thier NFS games have a burnout feel to them.

Is there any way to backup a game save, for games like portal 2, and Darksiders, so I don't have to beat them again?

I have been thinking of trying Linux. Was wondering if ROR and V4 truck pack, and tracks would be supported? I wouldn't wipe windows 7 but maybe try Linux as a dual boot OS. Do any of you have experience with Linux or am I wasting my time?
