  1. Well I thought I'd just make this post. There are just too many events and issues going on in my life for me to be involved on this website (not that I really was as of recently). I have other obligations in my life right now that take away from the time that I would use for racing and projects. I'd just like to thank the members of this website for providing me the closest experience to real life monster truck racing that I could get.  I'll still be following real life monster truck racing and I may occasionally poke in and out of here, but for now, so long.

Are you dyslexic? You mean if jim jack got stuck on a van stack would you help jim jack off.

It's a change in perspective. Van stacks used to be an important obstacle at Monster Jam shows and if one were to get stuck on a driver they wouldn't be able to be used for the rest of the show.

I wouldn't be taking any credit for it. Everyone involved in running it has more to deal with in life now and lack the time to bother running a league.Plus you can only take the frustration and stress and everything so long before you decide it's not worth it. That's why I dropped out of participating in and helping with events on this site. Too much to deal with in life and too much to deal with here.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

  4. One thing I've noticed is that some people get into this game to an extreme degree. These people get to the point where they will caps rage and spam a forum for a virtual monster truck or track. Some people act as if Rigs of Rods and its content are the center of their lives and they will die without it. I just wish these people would sit back and realize they are causing a stir over something that doesn't even exist outside of a computer.

What a night it was! Every driver took the truck off the trailer with the intent to win. We saw some action packed races, as well as everyone burning it down in freestyle. Mark Colineri in Bigfoot started off the night as fast qualifier, but couldn't get it done in racing being upset by Aaron Gills in River Rat in round 2. The finals came down to Seth Holloway in Heavy Hitter and Michael Alford in Hurricane Force. Mike left no fan questioning his ability to take the win, outrunning Seth in 2 very close races. Heading into freestyle, Seth Holloway held the points lead by a measly 2 points over Michael, while Mark Colineri sat in 3rd after his poor racing performance. Every driver came out and pushed the truck to it's limit, some being able to survive the whole run, others not. Seth Holloway had a nasty wreck early on in his run, and was luckily able to walk out of the truck under his own power and wave to the fans, but it ended up costing him the KOTH points win. Mark Colineri laid down an action packed run, keeping Bigfoot 21 off of it's roof multiple times, and took the lead with a 26. Michael Alford tried to best his score with yet another action packed run, but fell one point short. Michael would end up being the big winner despite that, taking his first King Of The Hill victory over Mark by only 3 points.

Congratulations to Michael Alford on his first King Of The Hill victory and thank you everyone who signed up and participated!

Referring to yourself in 3rd person I see :P

    I'm not on aim. rip

I would highly recommend getting an AIM account. It is the most common way people on this site communicate with each other outside of the site itself. Some events use AIM group chats to communicate with all the racers.
