you download the v3 pack from the downloads section put it in the packs folder in Documents/Rigs of Rods/Packs then to install vehicles extract the files from the truck you downloaded to the SMPack V3 which is already in your packs folder

You dont have to they work fine in packs

drag the file out of packs double click it drag the file called SanMarco2ndStopRacingandFreestyle out and put that file back in the packs folder
