Look at the cradle of the truck from this year and last year they're totally different.

It's not the new truck buddy, the new chassis is a near direct clone of Rage, and the suspension geometry and wheelbase is nothing like it.

  2. Welcome to the site. Make sure there is a Rigs of Rods folder in My Documents, download the v4 pack and either put it in the packs folder, or extract the files from the zip into the vehicles folder. Addon trucks from the site will additionally be put into the same directory as the v4 pack (i.e. added to the v4 pack if you leave it zipped in packs, or the files extracted into the vehicles folder just like the v4 pack). Tracks can go in packs.

Read the guideline to posting requests before posting another.

  4. Revival time.

The first of the new era of aerodynamic regulations 2017 F1 cars was launched this morning, The Sauber C36. Love it or hate it, it's what the cars will be looking like for the next few years.

  5. The S10 body on the addon Wrecking Crew and General Tire would be an alternative, the only other chevy body I have in my files is from V3, but it's still pretty clean if you want to take a look: The UV map is probably quite different so you would have to move around logos, etc. http://www.mediafire.com/file/qeyky8j5qmdb6bu/ChevyBodyOld.blend

If you want to do a body change, I would probably remap your paint for the S10, it's still the newest. There is also Klayton's V4.5 Ford body and the newer Dodge body if you don't care about "brand recognition". :P

There are many that I'm forgetting. There are plenty of pickup bodies around the site, you just have to pick out one you like.

After my one hit wonder at Fall Madness V I decided to give Perpetual Destruction some reworking so it doesn't sit so low, look so bad, and drive so horribly. The main piece is done for the most part, only thing left is the sponsors, paint, fiberglass inlay of the body, lexan, and the node/beam.

Perpetual Destruction will also be running a PEI for pretty much the rest of it's lifespan. If anyone has an old Dodge Ram body please send it to me.

How old of a body? Danny's Mopar Magic and my Rampage Concussion have an early 2000's ish body if you want to snag that.

Did you ask the creator of the truck if you could paint over it?

It was a duo project between Buckethead and Chris Hamilton. If you haven't asked either then don't do it.

He has the right to use it however he likes as long as he gives proper credit to the original creators when he goes to release it.

Now let's get back on topic.

  8. Can you consolidate your thoughts into just one post please? Take the main pack, extract it into the vehicles folder, and clear and regen the cache. You can drag the tracks into the packs folder and leave them there. And if you want to add an addon truck, extract it into the vehicles folder, where the v4 pack already is.

  9. If you put the pack in the vehicles folder, you need to extract it and clear and regen the cache. It's actually better to do it this way because eventually the pack will stop reading properly if you keep it zipped, the more addons you put in.
