    As much as I don't want to stir a conversation that's most likely been worn out a million times, what I consider to be a save is when the truck is brought back under clear control of the driver

    So something like Tom's save in Salinas would be considered a save, while something like this, even though the body stayed off the ground, would be a lucky bounce

    Is there not an official definition? Because there should be one

    Probably a bit early, but here's some interesting stuff for 2017:

    The 2017 AMA Supercross schedule came out today, (AMA Supercross being owned by Feld Motor Sports) and they have some new stops on their tour:

    US Bank Stadium, CenturyLink Field, and Rice-Eccles Stadium (Utah Utes football stadium) are all new locations.

    Also, The Dome at America's Center is just the new name for the Edward Jones Done, as they no longer have the naming rights.

    I'm not entirely sure how the business behind it works, but I'm assuming if Feld worked out a deal to run Supercross in those stadiums, then they'd also have one for monster trucks. 

    However, seeing how they didn't have a show at Daytona Speedway this year (at least not to my knowledge), it isn't guaranteed that we'll be seeing shows there. But we'll see!

    Monster Jam 2016 Suggestion Box

    Not sure about what everyone else thinks but I think it's time to move some of the younger talent onto the TV stage, the AMSOIL series people have definitely proven their worthiness this year and I think it would be much more interesting to see the likes of Morgan, Colton, Tyler Mynniga, and Brianna on the weekly show

    World Finals XVII Discussion

    One important thing to note is who's left to be announced for the Vegas field (with 9 spots left) that was in the FS1 series (and is otherwise a recent vegas competitor), we have:

    1. Tom Meents
    2. Damon Bradshaw
    3. Linsey Weenk
    4. Dustin Brown
    5. Chad Fortune
    6. Steve Sims

    Alex driven by Blackwell, who is also a regular at Sam Boyd, has also not been announced, as well as Bari Musawwir and Coty Saucier (who should be in as the Young Guns winner from last year)

    In order for someone like Brianna or Colton to get in, one or two of these nine would have to be cut

    Kind of a tough choice *coughbarigota12cough*

    Just while we're on the subject I'm a Charlie Mancuso supporter and I hope all the indies are kicked out of Monster Jam in 2017 and that the encore at WF this year is them burning all the indy trucks like Backwards Bob
