I think in the end, our brains wanted Neil or Jim to win but our hearts wanted Lee to win. I'm just glad the discussion is kinda like comparing apples and oranges as opposed to last year when Adam and Damon did very similar things beginning to end.

Encore

At the risk of 'This Just Happened And It's The Greatest Thing I've Ever Seen Syndrome', that may be the greatest move in 25 years of Monster Jam.
EDIT: I just realized, what did Lee have to give to the devil to land that truck on the DOWNRAMP OF THE NEXT JUMP? I was going over Neil vs. Lee in my head but seeing that made up my mind, that was smoother than butter.
-
I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was great lol
-
Not even mad tbh, I feel like that could have gone either way

Screw Scott lol I picked Koehler to win and he was doing well until Lee broke the event.
-
oh boy I can feel the judging controversy already
-
That was honestly a pretty dull run and then Lee absolutely lost his rocker
-
did rosalee just try a corkscrew
-
My prediction came true, Jim Koehler having a good truck is the scariest thing Monster Jam has ever seen.

Goddamn no one's filling the clock

Here's a live spreadsheet since not every tweet comes with a score

it'll make jim's jump a lot more interesting that's for sure
-
just multiply each score by 4 and it's back to normal

so is it VGS or LSV lol
-
And I like particularly that the arena bit is still significant but not as big, yes it's similar but not as similar as WF17 was to WF16.
-
Ok I'd love to see a truck jump so far from the middle that they hit the far ramps, there's more than enough space in the middle and I am ready for tonight to be amazing regardless of judging.
-
Not only do the ramps not look too steep, there seems to be a nice variety just in the obstacle we can see. Looks like the track crew may have done their homework.
-
Hopefully this doesn't become pointless due to some new scoring system, but I'm gonna be the first to try and predict freestyle scores just to have something to do. Brace for the wall of text.
