Half of the field flipped early and in the same fashion. There were only about five good runs that had any sort of wow moment, everything else was monotonous.
-
Lol we say that every year

It's nice that they have a variety of ramps though, some more long, some significantly steeper.

Interesting trend I've noticed about winning freestyle scores. They've gone up and down since 2005.
2005: 31
2006: 37
2007: 34
2008: 37
2009: 36
2010: 39
2011: 32
2012: 38
2013: 34
2014: 37.5
2015: 33.5
If that trend continues, we'll be seeing a pretty high scoring freestyle tonight.

What was Liddycoat's qualifying time?

Does anyone have the video of the save that Cam McQueen won Arena Save of the Year for?
-
For about 10 seconds I was utterly terrified oh goodness
-
The Monster Jam World Finals Wikipedia page has them all listed very neatly, don't think there's anything on the main website though.

Adam doubles down in Detroit, the other competitors had to keep him from winning anything and he literally won all competitions he competed in. He's undoubtedly at the top of his game right now.
-
Yay the one show I go to all year and Adam will be unfamiliar with his truck gg
-
Mahon pulled off one of the biggest arena saves I've ever seen last night in Green Bay!
No kidding.

In my opinion Overkill did not have the momentum that Ryan had and for once the guy actually didn't have a disappointing run. Yes Ryan's had some slow points but Overkill's over all run was just slow to me and it didn't feel like a championship run but Ryan's did and the last hit Evo had shouldn't have counted because he was stopped for a good minute before he went off again. If Tom or Adam had a complete run they would be the ones who could've stole it but they didn't so whatever. All year these judges were simply biased and it all came down to the final straw and I hope Feld does away with it because it is too flawed and if they have to escort the judges out of the stadium of fear of angry fans then you know something is desperately wrong.
I agree with a lot of this post but Mike was definitely not stopped for a minute. Ten seconds at most.

Why isn't Brandon Lambert on the team anymore? I realized just now that I never found out why.

Yes I love horse racing!

Still better than last year's finals as a whole. Out of the 32 runs last year only 4 or 5 had memorable moments, I'd say this year almost half the trucks did something spectacular.

Pauken should not have won. I'm watching the event from beginning to end and haven't gotten to Ryan's run yet, but even though Charlie went higher he didn't do anything with his last 30 seconds. The run felt very disjointed even when it was very big. Had he not broke he would have won for sure but as it was I actually think the judges scored it right. Haven't gotten to Ryan's yet though.
EDIT 1: k. How did Adam's run not take the lead?
EDIT 2: If you think Tom's run should have won consider what we would have been thinking if he did. He left 20 seconds on the clock. Had he filled the clock that would've taken the lead but he simply didn't.
EDIT 3: Complete toss-up between Mikey and Ryan for me. But I think Adam's run was better than both of them. This title could have gone three ways and it just went to Mikey. Though I don't think the judges got it as wrong as most of you fan judging CERTAINLY has got to go.

Just earlier today you were complaining about how you weren't able to go. Just give it some time so you can have some justification of your opinions.
-
Yeah the Mulisha score was a typo it's Mike Vaters!
-
Wait I'm confused, on twitter the individual scores don't match the total.
-
People live at the event: Should Ryan's run have topped the 33.5?
-
DOOMSDAY IS HERREEEEEE
-
Mike Vaters JR lands TWO consecutive backflips! Sounds like a good score coming

I really do feel bad for Bari, you know you're snake-bit at Vegas when a 12 is almost twice your old best score.

After seeing Adam's, Damon's, and Dennis' runs, Adam's did have the best content throughout. Damon and Dennis both got off to average starts and reversed once. Though Adam's run was not up to par as to what I was expecting I do think it's the best run from beginning to end that I've seen so far.
