Well, I have released trucks, but I don't use Blender. I make trucks the hard way... And I have Photoshop for free, I can't download Paint.net, it doesn't work. Just wanted to say that.

The Fun-Run will be held on a private server, the info for the server will be given out in the AIM chat during the drivers meeting. We will be chatting on AIM, that is why I required an AIM username in the sign-up. You must have the downloaded version of AIM in order to be added to the group chat. This is the normal version that I would run every week.

The Special White Version. Made as a Secondary Weekly Truck or World Finals Piece

This is the coolest version: Gray with Lime Green Accents. This would be a World Finals Piece For Sure. Next to do: Add Flags, Might change tires to SIRs or Ukraines. Thanks to tddtwid for the chassis. Any thoughts?

Truck looks great! How did you paint that? It has a really good paint. 

The logo is cool, but it's almost the exact same layout as the SSRS logo. Oval shape with a dull truck pic in the background and a big bold text across the middle.

You're right, and it was my inspiration. But you have to admit, a square logo definitely isn't the best.

I already posted this logo in my Fun-Run thread, but I figured I would share this here because I made it in Photoshop...

This is a WIP logo for the league that I plan on starting in the future. I've already got some ideas on how to make it look a bit better, but I would like to get some opinions from some of you guys. Keep in mind it is still a WIP, but this is the main theme I'm going for.

If any of you know how to make the transparent background larger so it doesn't cut off the picture, please let me know.

Another update! All I did was add our names to it...

I still need to fix it so that the picture isn't chopped off around the edges.

I use a Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience, and it's a pretty low-end wheel. I found my map on the Rigs of Rods website. I believe they have maps for both of the wheels you mentioned. The link in the words, "Rigs of Rods," will send you to the Repository, where you can filter your search criteria to better suit your needs. Hope I could help, I had a lot of trouble finding a map for my wheel as well, so I know how you feel.

I still need to fix it so it doesn't get cut off on the edges, but I think I know how to fix that.

As I mentioned before, I would like to start-up a league if these next few Fun-Runs go well. It took me a while to come up with the name, and I'm still questioning this name because the initials are odd. Anyways, I whipped up a logo for it...

It took me about 10 minutes to make this, but that's only because I had to watch some tutorials. Please note that this is not final, it is still a WIP. Even though it's not done, can anyone give me some feedback on this? It's going to be more colorful on the final version...

Only 2 more days until the event! As of now, there is a total of 10 trucks in the line-up; I would like to have at least 14 or 16 trucks total for the event. Thanks to all who have signed up/are signing up.

 

Made this ages ago, but haven't gotten a chance to show it off. Been tested and it does work in both 0.37 and 0.38, but I feel like re-exporting it eventually when I get enough time to that it looks better.

Fun-Run @ Houston 2013 (Jan.)

In honor of Ragged Edge Racing Series, we will be heading to Houston for a little Fun-Run! All info can be found below, thanks for participating!

All participants will earn 5 points in RERS, but you have to compete. Winners will get 10 points.

You can run any Replica truck.

This event will consist of Racing and Freestyle.

Racing will be identical to a real Monster Jam event. The number of competitors who will advance straight to Round 2 will be decided by the size of the line-up. Who advances will be random.

Freestyle will also replicate a real Monster Jam event. Each truck will be allowed 1min 30sec of Regulation, followed by 30sec of Bonus time. If your truck is still on all 4's you may continue to freestyle but it WILL NOT BE SCORED!

An RII official will RII you if he feels it is necessary. If you are RII'd, then you should shut your truck off and stand by for further instruction. If you flip in Racing DO NOT SAVE! Doing so will result in a loss of lane choice. If you do not agree with a call made by the RII official, please wait until AFTER the event to consult me, or another official.

If you can provide any help, then it would be much appreciated. I mainly need someone to host a server, and/or livestream for the event, so if you can do either of these than please let me know in your sign-up.

Hey! After 1 year, and 6 months! (Don't Ask) The Maximum Destruction 10th Anniversary L.E.D. version, is finally COMPLETED!!

 

This truck took a long time to finish, but mainly because of getting everything accurate on the truck. I remade/ aligned, the 4links, Tierods, Rims, DriveShaft, Knuckles, etc (and textures)!

 

Gotta thank SealedGhecko, for the Sweet Tire, axle, engine, and FuelCell models!

Rockcrwlr, for the GoodYear tire textures, Metal Textures, and the shocks!

And Steve Harlow, for the sweet body, and face, and headers!

Also, as always, this is 100% hand painted! Except, for the spike decals.
