  1. is it bad that i kind of hoped he would start floating up instead?
  2. no...thats pretty much the purpose. to reproduce.
  3. Not monster jam, but seeing reptoid jump over(yes I said that correctly) instigator at the 2010 Texas monster Shootout was pretty cool
  4. Very interesting seaner... But where would the Racesource fall on the scale?
  5. Its suppose to be a pickup version of war wizard. Some sort of futuristic willies pickup drag racing body. Personally I think cocoanut men did a good job on it. It's a little ruff, but from starting with the war wizard body and modifying it, it's decent. Bravo guy
  6. Needs a bayonet lol. Looks good. Intresting and good
  7. No particular order... Pulp fiction Boondock saints Tombstone Die hards Dirty hairy
  8. so basically restating what i said... Also I think both Manufacturers have overlooked the 2wd version of the trucks. Most trophy trucks/prerunners/sandrails are 2wd...not 4. Only guys I know that run a 4x4 TT are those Herbst brothers.
  9. It's that one truck from that one point in time!!!
  10. I may still have mine unfinished somewhere If you want it. Just needs textures The last one was as far as i got... This was also my first extensive body mod in blender. I stretched the old Hess Bearfoot and fixed the mapping so it would look right.
  11. I mentioned those on the first page...
  12. I still like the Tacoma over the raptor. I'll admit it's a little lack luster campared to the raptor, but if you have the budget for a raptor, why not buy the taco and throw the extra 20k at it? 20k will get you better long travel leaf springs, beefier arms and spindles and better shocks. And you will still have cash left over for fiberglass and some other goodies.
  13. Raptor is factory. You have proven my point.
  14. Jesus Christ... Just tell them it looks good and leave it at that.
  15. I lol at all you guys who claim to be off road racing fans or "truck guys". Also a mid-travel front and rear suspension using bilstein remote reservoir shocks with eIbach coils. Plus the raptor has one of those retarded automatic rear lockers. The taco has an electronic selectable locker. And the stickers look just as bad as the raptors. What y'all are forgetting about the raptor is its size and weight. Ford F*cked up with the sheet metal fenders. This taco is a smaller version of the raptor that DOESN'T take up 6 lanes on the road. If anything, the taco will handle better because of the bilstein shocks. And I garuntee that the taco will need less maintainence in its life time than the raptor. The ram runner as described by motor trend is a Frankensteined piece of sh*t that will fall apart as soon as it hits the dirt. Only thing going for it is the link rear suspension. GM doesn't even have a performance offroad truck. Ford went to there special vehicle team and asked the to design the suspension... Toyota went to Camburg Engineering. What I would like to see are 2wd versions of the trucks. Now that would make things interesting. And any of y'all who would like to argue about 2wd and offloading can suck a bag of dicks. Could still build a truck better than either of them... For a hell of alot cheaper.
  16. Bigger doesn't always mean better. The Baja Tacoma will out handle the raptor. The only thing the raptor has going for it is a V8. Plus the taco is $10k cheaper for the same thing
  17. Looks like Toyota wants in on the performance offroad market. $40k and it's still better than a raptor.
  18. 1"-1/4 0.120 wall DOM tubing and lots of it lol If I were you, I would start off small. Like with a Tacoma or ranger. Early 90's is a good place to start. There are a ton of forums on the webz that can guide you.
