I havent been able to play Rigs of Rods for years and I finally got my old computer running again. I am 13 and new to the site.

Give me description please. Does it get errors?

Fern was being sarcastic with the post he made.

Let's all stop getting the syp off-topic, if you have an error please post it in the Help and Support section. If a mod isn't released, then it isn't released and you can't have it because it hasn't been released. If someone posts a picture of a truck in this thread then it is most likely their project.

Can I download it? My first was version 38.67 and it was terrible. Do you think?

If you're asking if it will be compatible with .38, I have no idea.

If you're asking if you can download it now, well you can't because he hasn't released it.

Hi I'm new to sim monsters an I would like some help

1 how to get ogre meshes

2 where's the cars or buses for Ramps

3 do I have to make separate tracks for racing and freestyle then how do I put them together so people can download the track and get both racing and freestyle

please help I want to make a track thanks if you help me

    1) If you want an Ogre mesh, find the mesh file in the track file. If it is not a .xml file, then put it through the Ogre xml converter by dragging the mesh file and dropping it on top of the converter. (you can find this in your RoR .37 folder, not sure if newer versions have it.). You will need Ogre importers/exporters. You can find downloads for those here:

    2) You can find cars, buses, vans, etc under the "Scrapyard" section of the downloads section. There are other models out there that you can't download from the site, but you can get these by asking around.

    3) Yes, although make the racing version first, then save it. Then use the racing version to make freestyle, then save that as a separate track. Put all the files together in a folder, then upload.

This was a kind of brief summary of everything you asked about; you can find more in-depth tutorials on here as well. Most track makers on the site will not mind helping new track makers with finding models, techniques, baking, etc. Track making can be a bit frustrating at first, so just hang with it. Blender can also take a while to get used to, but with enough patience you'll be making good tracks in time.

Threads like these should also go under the "Help and Support" section.

  5. So when self-driving cars become commercially available and people start buying them, what will happen to cars that must be manually driven and motorcycles? Would they be banned as they now become an unnecessary safety risk or start to fade away because the insurance on a self-driving car would be much cheaper? Personally I'd never want to own a self-driving car, I prefer driving. It would also get rid of trucking and other jobs. Construction and farming would become automated in time with self-driving tractors and cranes. What do you think?

  6. Eh barely anything Madden 18 related there besides a trailer for a new mode. Oh and Battlefront 2 looks good but will never beat the original Battlefront 2. Not to mention I don't watch E3 as closely and I only see stuff for the games I already play.

  7. Some pulling action with a few monster trucks at the Blizzard Dome. I tried to make this video have the look and feel of a late 80's ESPN broadcast of a USHRA event.

Edit: I reuploaded the video with some different audio settings since some of the music sounded a bit too loud.

I'm always suspicious of these "big indie events" by first timers like this, dunno how many remember the LaPorte Indiana fiasco back in 09. Hope it goes well but for an event this stacked I'm looking with bated breath for the time being, especially since it's in god knows where Minnesota so dunno how many people this will attract

I think this will go fine; the guys behind seem to really want to give the people a good show. I know that a few trucks couldn't make it and since the promoters said 18 trucks they'd just keep finding more trucks to make up for the ones lost.

I listened to that album before and I've heard their other stuff. I've only liked Living For The Weekend & Machines. I don't know why, but either its just not enough for me and their sound really just doesn't catch my full interest. Although Living For The Weekend is sick and Machines is really nice and has a type of energy I wish they put in their work more often.

I love heavy, energetic, weird sound designs. This is one of the many I like. Digitist's sound fits his name pretty well so youll get the idea when u take a listen:

Machines is good too. I like how they incorporate weird sounds into their music too, like the harp in Seams or the machine sound in Machines.
