How many trucks you can spawn in depends on your graphics card. If you have a 4GB card for example, you can spawn 4GB worth of meshes. If you do not have a graphics card and only have integrated graphics, you may only be able to spawn 1-3 trucks.

Not sure on his wife, But i believe MOD Is going on his current Stinger and the current MOD is being retired (chassis has been running since 2012)

It all has to do with the memory of your Graphics Card. Say you have a 4GB card, you can spawn 4GB worth of Meshes.
