  1. beamng is more CPU intesive than anything. and the devs might not be able to get multiplayer working, too many calculations that need to happen in game for the car crashes.....but two people got multiplayer working abiet a bit laggy but that was before the devs ripped all multiplayer related code from the game

  2. well, graphics wise, beamng doesn't require alot, but it does require a damn good CPU. from what i've heard, it's easier to make something for beamng than RoR.

and yes, the beamng monster truck uses alot of RoR textures.

You just said it's hard to break the truck...

@Dantesinferno52 While I do agree it's a better game, I prefer this because it's easier to run on computers and is free.

i thought you meant with the tuning, it's very easy to break the truck.

near the end of these videos i took

Blaise's breakables have breakable bodies and suspensions. The axles, driveshafts, knuckles, and wheels all come off if broken hard enough. And you can literally rip the body right off with mouse drag.

but is the suspension tunable ingame and can you save your changes? Not hating just wondering pointing out things the BeamNG truck has

  5. have you tried the suspension? You can raise the ride height and increase suspension travel. I may piss people off but imho, the BeamNG truck has mad more progress in 1 year than monster trucks in RoR have in several years. You guys have different chassis' , more trucks and tracks and more of EVERYTHING but we took a broken underwelming mod and made it a whole lot better. The truck has breakable suspension and has breakable bodies coming soon. We have a new chassis coming and tunable suspension. As far as I know, RoR doesn't have breakable bodies or suspension.

  6. It's the best we can do. The suspension travel is the bed we can get I believe. Also all you need is a jbeam for the truck, the .dae file housing the truck model, a materials.cs linking everything either .png or a .dds file. Once that is all sorted out, you're good to go. I suggest learning from what I've been trying to do, you'll start to understand things more

if i can figure out how to make jbeams and get the chassis ingame we will have a willman. but i have never even tried to make anything for beamng

i HIGHLY suggest going to my group on the beamng forums and follow along. i know how to get bodies and skins to work now and make skins work seperatly
