are those new tires or am i out of the loop?
They're RockCrwlr's V4.5 Goodyear tires. I modified the tread pattern to better reflect the tires that were run on the actual truck.

I figured I'd check here to see if anyone has any good chassis/rollcage shots of Brian Welch's old "Moving Violation" truck (particularly, after the truck was updated to the nitrogen-shock suspension, around 1994-1995)?

File Name: Stomper Bully
File Submitter: DiggerFan
File Submitted: 30 Mar 2014
File Category: V4 Replica
This is a replica of the Stomper Bully monster truck.
This zip contains both Stomper Bully 1 and Stomper Bully 2. Stomper Bully 1 was owned by TNT Motorsports, and driven by Mike Whitt & Gayle Mefford, running from 1985-1987. In June 1987, this truck was rebodied as a 1988 Chevy Silverado, and became "Stomper 1." Stomper Bully 2 was built by the Breen Brothers (of Mad Dog/Wild Hair fame), and was driven by Gene Patterson, also running from 1985-1987. In 1987, this truck would be rebuilt as Bob Breen's "Wild Hair."
This zip contains 5 trucks:
-The original version of Stomper Bully 1 (shows in-game as "Stomper Bully 1 (1985)")
-The second version of Stomper Bully 1, after the 1986 frame rebuild (shows in-game as "Stomper Bully 1 (1986) (73" Tires)")
-The third version of Stomper Bully 1, after the tire change to 66" tires (shows in-game as "Stomper Bully 1 (1986) (66" Tires)")
-Stomper Bully 2 with the white-rimmed tires (shows in-game as "Stomper Bully 2 (White Rims)")
-Stomper Bully 2 with the grey-rimmed tires (shows in-game as "Stomper Bully 2 (Grey Rims)")
Notes:
-This is a standalone add-on. It does not need to be extracted into the V4 pack to work.
-This is compatible with both Rigs of Rods 0.37 and 0.38.
-The pulling hitch on the back of the truck is fully functional. To lock the pulling sled chain to the hitch, drag the hook on the pulling sled to the hitch and press "L."
-All of the lights on the truck are also functional. To turn the lights on or off, press "N."

What was your first Monster Truck experience?
in Monster Trucks
Posted
The first time I ever saw a monster truck was when I came across a copy of the USHRA "Blood, Sweat & Gears" video at my local video rental store when I was young.
The first monster truck event I saw in person was in August 1995, when the "Imperial Stunt Drivers" had a show at our local speedway, featuring the "Canadian Ram Tracks" tank truck, and "The Wrecker" monster truck.
