Announcing the Brand New Sim-Monsters Discord

I want to officially announce the opening of the new Sim-Monsters Discord server.

A few things to keep in mind:

• You will need to accept the rules in the new servers rules chat before being able to view all the chats.
• You will have roles assigned to you depending on you role(s) on the site (donator, league official, etc.).
• Your nickname in the Discord will automatically sync with your name on the site.  You cannot change your nickname without changing your name on the site.
  • You can change your nickname here: https://sim-monsters.com/settings/username/
• Once the new Discord goes public, the old server will go read only and all invites will be deleted.  Once you leave, there is no coming back.
• To join the new server you can either go to the direct invite or through the sidebar on the homepage

I have noticed many members joining the server have caused the welcome message to be broken, consisting of just their Discord ID.  I don't know if these members are able to access the server correctly as a result.  If you have tried to join the server and it is not working, send me a PM and we can figure it out.  I had one member that had this issue and it appeared to be an issue with their nickname on the site.  Regardless, let me know if something isn't working.
