Genuinly confused with the downloads section

I don't know why, but after I downloaded a few mods, it started to say "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file" despite me already downloading a Spiderman for example. Then when I click back to see the same Spiderman, it says that sentence. It's been going on for hours, and I have no clue what's going on

You have downloaded 50 items in 48 hours.. I would say thats a bit more than a few. Wait for the 24 hour timer to reset.
