Error 6 on Rigs of Rods 0.38.60

I need some help with rigs of rods. I have 2 versions, one that is a newer 0.4 and a older 0.38.60. The older on is the one that's having problems because in I touch the config file it says this: 

[DannyMackey]

You should consider updating to the latest version of Rigs of Rods. Content on Sim-Monsters is made for it, its supported, and shouldn't have as many issues.
