White tire fix

I am having trouble with this truck; the tires keep appearing as white and has a red thing in the back of the truck. Somebody pls help. Thanks

Make sure to place both files in the .rar of the truck that currently has the white tire problem. Not sure about the red thing you're referring to, but this might help as well.
