As for the arm and hand, I fell out the back of a semi trailer and shattered my radial head. Removed the chips and got a new titanium one put in. Google radial head replacement and you'll see what I got. The bad part is I now have radial nerve palsy, basically I have lost most of my use of my right hand, I can't open my fingers, or movw them side to side. If physic therapy doesn't start any movement then I'm going to a neurosurgeon to see about a nerve graft. But heck I can still bash a truck around!
