What do I do next?

So I had some troubles with ROR so I put RoR in the recycle bin and then I clicked on it then I would've dragged it out but it wasn't there so I downloaded it again and then Rebooted my computer because it said to. So since I downloaded it again where would it show up? This is probably a stupid question but I just wanna know. Thanks

Usually somewhere in Program Files, you can find it by clicking the My Computer icon after you click start/Windows icon.

or you could try and put this address in the folder browser C:\Program Files (x86)\Rigs of Rods
