Looking for a Cheap Gaming Laptop

Since my current laptop is on the brink, I've been looking into getting a new one. And since, in the past, I've had a lot of lag problems, I've been looking to get one better suited to RoR. Before anyone says anything, I need it to be a laptop because I go to my mom's over weekends, when most of the events are. I already know the specific good RoR stats:

3+ Ghz Processor

260+ gtx Graphics card (not integrated)

2+ GB RAM

Now, this wouldn't be an issue if I had the money for all of that. But since I don't, I've been looking for cheaper ones, who'se stats usually don't match up with the ones listed above. I was wondering how much FPS I would sacrifice on this laptop I found, which has a 2.5 GHz processor, enough RAM, and I'm not sure about the graphics card.

Gaming laptops are just not cheap from what I've seen. You can get a gaming desktop are ALOT cheaper. That computer could run RoR, but not with full settings. You probably won't be able to run too many high end games on it.

I don't mind not running on full settings; I've gotten used to the low settings. I was mostly wondering if it would get more than 30 FPS in single player and in the twenties and teens on multiplayer. As for high end games, there aren't a lot that I play on the PC.
