Weird Texturing Issue in Blender

OK, so I am making a fairly Custom Grayslake 2008 track, and I am having some issues with the added FS stack (I went with PM Customs' idea btw). Basically, the sides aren't being recognized by the UV map, and are only showing up white. I know for a fact that I have everything selected, and have tried remapping, but it doesn't seem to be working. I did textures some things and then I duplicated a textured plane, but only that place, and a set of edges I extruded are being recognized on each ramp. I am befuddled, and am wondering if you guys can help.
