0 Simpleton Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 Perform the steps at this page and you'll get a giant list of all your specs. I imagine you are using Windows 7. If not, just search on Google/Bing/Yahoo for "How to check computer specs on" and then add in whatever operating system you use into the search. You should find something pretty quick. Basically they need to know what type of CPU and GPU (graphics processor) you have and how much RAM you have. If all else fails and you have no idea what you are looking at, maybe just screenshot all your specs and post them in pictures.
