Update screen stays white?

As you can see in this picture the update screen stays white for ever...

Does somebody know why and if there's a solution for it?

There are no more updates for outdated versions. EX: 37.126

So i am new to the forum part of this game.......been playing for probably a year or so.  But i have version .37 , should i update to a newer version or stay with what i got?  And where do i find the download for .38??  Thanks!

IMO, I prefer .37, but then again I'm not a content maker so it might be better for .38 ig
