shock tower attached to truck are poking through body, can i lower them using the .truck file?

Depends on which truck it is. If the shock towers/shafts are separate from the chassis, then yes. If the chassis and body are separate, you can move the body higher and/or make the chassis lower. All stock v4 trucks have separate body and chassis (w/shocks attached to the chassis) files. Most new add-on trucks have the body and chassis fused together but have the shocks separate. Use the tutorial posted below and play around with the numbers.
