Lights on monster truck

I was wondering on how to add lights to monster trucks. Like maxd glow and doomsday also gd7 I belive in the v4 pack. If any of you guys know how to do this which I'm pretty sure of you guys do,please tell me that would be great help.

Yes, it must be enabled. However it may cause your FPS to drop.
