Trucks not Working in .37.126

I have gotten the V4 pack and all of those trucks work just fine, except that all three Max-D's are weird. So I tried to download a different Max-D. I put the .zip in packs and they appear in the list of vehicles I can select from in-game. But when I click on them and then press "Okay" I get an error sound effect and a window opens that says "Error 6" or something along those lines. Any help?

check the log file located in My Documents/Rigs of Rod/Logs/ROR.log

Open it up in notepad and it should list at the bottom a error or exception that caused the game to crash.

It says that it couldn't find "DarkGreyRim.mesh" I checked the zip file and the file wasnt there.

Clear your cache before in you play the game in advanced settings

Sometimes you have to download another truck for one truck to work. The creators of whatever content you download should tell you what files you need.

Goldberg didn't work either. It said that it couldn't find "Gravediggerredflare" So I found that file in the smv4 pack and put it in the Goldberg pack but that still didn't work. It still said I was missing Gravediggerredflare. Any help?

Okay so I can now load up Goldberg, but there are no sounds and no axles. I tried to copy every .wav file from the smv4 pack to the goldberg zip but there still wasn't any sounds.

 

EDIT: On second thought, sounds don't work in any of the trucks I've downloaded.

The problem is that the V4 downloads are broken for both .37 and and 38. I have the same problems in 37 and in 38 downloads don't work properly because of the reason TheTruckGuy brought up. In 38 most stock v4 trucks work properly. I am making a thread for missing parts for downloads in v4 .38. I would suggest running 38.
