WHY DO TO CUSTOM TRUCK DONT WORK

everytime i download a v4 custom or rep my game makes this beep and like freezes am i not putting in the right file or what really could use some help greatly appreatchiated also would like to now how two change the sound on some cars i do not have the note pad or what ever plz coctact me on here or my imessasge/email: gr81.jose@icloud.com

No offense, but fix some of your grammer or spelling. It helps. Also download SMV4 if you haven't.
