V4 problem

I just made a new a acc.... And got ror again. So I downloaded the V4 pack. Where I am at, there's horrible internet, I closed my laptop...And I came back later, It wouldn't let me open the file and there was and error sign next to it. I Redownloaded it. There was still an error sign next to it. But it would let me open. So I put it in my packs folder and went it ror Cofig "Regen" and when I opened ror it wasn't there. Any help?

The download was corrupted, you need to re-download it.

I would ask why you are using 4 different Proxy IP's that trace to Croatia but I think I have the answer already.
