But i downloaded a bunch of mods, and put them in my RoR folder, but they won't work. Anyone know why. Also, i made sure they were for V4. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so you should unzip the V4 folder and put that into vehicles and open up the mod folders and put the files in there. 2) Not all mods have every part. 0 Outlawed Posted August 15, 2015 Share Posted August 15, 2015 The mods need to go in the folder located in Documents/Rigs of Rod/Vehicle. I personally like unzipping V4 into the packs folder and adding anything like tires, sounds and other new stuff that is used on multiple trucks in here aswell (been that way since we started expanding this mod back in 2008). 0 litl_e_fan Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 When you open the config menu, does it say "Rigs of Rods version 0.38.67" or "Rigs of Rods" at the top? For instance I use .37 for monster trucks and online and I use .39.5 for its performance and ability to run updated non-monster truck vehicles and terrains. With some work the monster trucks will run on newer versions like .38 and .39 but often times members encounter errors and it's easiest to use .37 as 99% of the content posted on this site is made for .37.
