0.4.5 Track Conversion Problems

Hey guys Im trying to convert a couple tracks to 0.4.5 but cant get it to work.  The terrain will load but the Arena will not show.  Wondering if anyone knows what Im doing wrong.  I love the 80's style tracks and would love to get them to work in 0.4.5

Tell me the names of your files. And when you save then you have to have it under "all files" instead of "text document".

The file names are TMCTNT4.terrn2 and TMCTNT4.tobj  Also attached them so you can verify that they are correct.  To me it seems that for some reason the Terrn2 file isn't recognizing the props in the Tobj file but I dunno

I have the same problem.
