ERROR whiteLFRim.mesh?

So here's the deal I downloaded the V4 leafers pack #1 and am using it in .38 and .4.5.1 but when I try to play as the USA 1 truck it tells me that it can't find some file called whiteLFRim.mesh

I don't know what to do, I've only been playing this game for a couple days and I don't have any experience in this situation.

did you put everything in the v4 pack?

First of all explain to me what is the v4 pack? Is that just the zip file that all of the trucks came in?

its the giant truck pack, did you download it?

after you download it follow this

 1.make a new folder and name it v4 and place it in the vehicle folder

2. copy everything from your v4 folder with all your trucks and paste it to the new v4 folder

3. go into your truck folder and copy everything and paste everything into the new v4 folder with all your trucks 

4. clear and regain cashe and the truck should work

So I've done all of that and the trucks work, but none of them have any tires. they drive on just the rims. I don't understand what went wrong.
