About This File

This should keep you guys satisfied for awhile. Also comes with the test version of Legend.

This version is setup on the old n/b I used before making a new one. It is by no means complete. All meshes besides Legend's body and SUD's chassis were modeled by me and all paints done by me.

WARNING: KNOWN ERRORS

  • Running out of memory, leading to a crash of RoR (Most likely the High Quality version)
  • Once in awhile you'll get a stiff rebound. This is caused by the limit strap node/beam. I cannot remove it without it messing up prop placements/settings

This is a standalone file. It does not need to be extracted. Simply put in vehicles folder.

**REQUIRES ROR 39.5 FOR PROPER HANDLING. 0.38 WORKS BUT WILL SCREW UP SETTINGS. HIGHLY MODIFIED NODE/BEAM, DO NOT USE IN LEAGUES**

Mirror 1 - HD

Mirror 2 - 1200

Mirror 3 - 2048

Just tried it in 0.38 its fine. Nothing bad happened:

Here is my feedback for this beta test. (The 1200 Verzion)

Pros:

- Great Speed

- The shocks work great

- Very good handling

- Incredible detail

- the truck can do fast cyclones without flipping

Cons

- The trucks flips over in turns too much

- The truck breaks too easily

- In the next verizon when you make it, make it so when you break off a tire it doesnt stick to the truck

- The tires randomly stick out and make it look weird.

This is a really great truck! My favorite ive ever used. I hope to see improvments in the near future! I think that this a new step for ROR Monster Jam. :)

I added the truck the same way I add all my other trucks, and now no trucks show up. No error message, just no trucks available, only the pre-installed bus. never mind im an idiot that can't read.

i had kinda the same issues, i tried all 3 versions

no fps: lagged like crazy on load up and worked fine till i hit a ramp

1020: broke when i hit a ramp, if i turned at all the tire broke and the body would lean

2048: slightest bit of air and the axel snapped in half

(i used .37)

Great job on the trucks! I used the 1200 version on .38 and I'm wondering why the paint on SUD is all messed up is there any reason for that?

The trucks are awesome, they look odd without an engine, but the body model is top notch. I like what you did with the engine and gearing, only down side is the top speed is 55.

i used the 2048 on .38 and i find that the body is all kinds of screw ball the decals are all mushed up into one spot on the top

2. the gearing is interesting but 1st needs to be around 65 instead of 55( my thoughts and i like running on big tracks).

3. it seems too low the ride height is really low compared to anything else on ror and so the middle of the chassis hits on almost all the jumps i hit.

4. i love the breakablity except when the wheel does come off it keeps running around the tracks at like 1,000mph and hits the truck

I like them except for the bodies they need to be fixed (in 2048) and the gearing doesn't fit me personally but in my opinion the transmission should be customizable

iv never built or changed a truck so i cant speak as to how to fix any of it :)

over all love it!!!

SIDE NOTE

DO NOT DO A BACKFLIP before the end of the run

and cant break back wheels off?

I Think I like the original power band better as well

Yeah I'll say my biggest issue is the stance, they sit more like rock crawlers than monster trucks, and the tires do break off a bit easy (but it's much better than people editing Ash's old ones and calling them "new" like dozens have done on here) but I love the new chassis and bodies especially!

Wow! This looks awesome! I wish I could test it :(

(I do not have a gaming computer, so I will most likely have lag in a incredible way, since I lag with new trucks being releasedon SM)

Great truck it works fine on .38 and I'm using the no gaps version. The tires do break off easy but if you drive it a certain way you can make it through more jumps with out breaking anything off.

Awesome trucks. No lag for me with the HD models (hooray). I think these are pretty revolutionary trucks. I would love to see some back wheels falling off in the future. I've only tried them on .38, so I'm downloading .39.5 as I type. Fantastic job!

Edit: I don't really see a difference in handling between .38 and .39.5.

Very nice -- incredible amount of detail in the models. Runs perfectly fine on my computer (which is nothing special). As someone said before, the wheels do break easily but you have to do it in a specific way and it's not so much of an issue to me. The thing I noticed is how slow they are (55 MPH max) -- is there a reason for this? And are real MT brakes really that powerful?

Edit: I just saw the .38 warning. I am using .38 -- is this why they are so slow? Otherwise they seem to handle normally.

Both trucks lag for me, and also when I spawn SUD, my computer just freezes for like 3 minutes and I cant do anything about it...what version of ror is gonna let me spawn SUD without my computer crashing.

Great trucks! I'm running the HD version in .38.67 with no problems. Although I like the breakable aspect, IMO I think they break a lil too easy.

very realistic, all the people saying it breaks to easy, its called drive realistically then it wont break so easy, i have yet to break off my wheels on accident only when i either ran into a jump at full speed or ran into the wall at a high speed.
