Have you tried regenerating your cache? (Go to RORconfig.exe, go to the "Advanced" menu, and hit "regen cache" near the middle of the menu)

If that doesn't work, the zip file is probably too big. ROR seems to have trouble loading zips that are 2GB and up. Extracting the v4 pack to its own folder inside the Vehicles folder fixed that problem for me. 

does this break like tries coming off and stuff or does it just bend

My smv4 pack was like 3.78GB so it might be too big

 I am trying to use this truck but it will not work. lt say SUDpeitower.mesh. What does it mean?

other trucks have done something similar, it says monsterstart2. Have you heard of this either?
