If you have 2020.01 or 2021.02, it should be working fine. If not, delete the track and download it again. Rebuild cache before attempting to load the track again. I have only come across the issue once, and this was how I fixed it. Please don't complain if it does not work I am not an expert. At least I'm actually trying to help you lol.
