Updated Truck Pack 1

If it actually doesn't show up after Clear Cache and then Regen Cache, then idk if you guys who reported broken are either stupid or you don't know how to work a computer and plus you have to extract  the files to even put them in your packs folder to smv4 folder. Is it just me or some people are complete idiots when it comes down to simple directions.

Extracting is a word I hate, because my WinRAR is absolute crap. I don't know if your on 37, but I hate 37 as much at Extracting.
